We're back baby, everyones favourite pink drink! A melange of Pretty Grenache ferments, flecked with Sciacarello (😵💫), Savagnin and Syrah.
THIS IS FUN! Kinda sitting somewhere between pink lemonade and creaming soda with a grapefruit twist. Zero inhibition kinda stuff.
Pop tops, pour freely, carry on!
Best way to serve is to leave upright in your fridge/ice bucket. If the wine is cold, it will not gush. Open confidently to waiting glasses and enjoy!
Pash Rash is our Pet-nat/petillant naturel/naturally sparkling/bottle fermented pink fizz. We have been working on this style of wine since 2017 and it is one of our all time favourites. Whilst the blend will change year on year, the aim is to make pink, refreshing fun. The wine is bottled with around 10 grams of sugar which then ferments in bottle to create the fizz via co2 being trapped. A result of this will be a fine sediment and sometimes some tartrate crystals (wine diamonds 💎), these are harmless.
