Not the sparkling Shiraz your mum drinks at Christmas, this sister is Ruby-hued with orange edges. Born of ironstone and red clay, her depth is complemented by a dry, bright, red currant tang. A mineral lick and fine bead makes drinking her an absolute pleasure - any time of the year.
Shiraz from The Range, the highest reach of McLaren Vale, straddling Kuipto in the Hills. Heavy orange clay with an ironstone influence, a cooler block next to a dam and giant gum trees. Picked at full ripeness and direct pressed; bottled in March 2021 and rested 18 months on lees; hand riddled and hand disgorged.

Manufacturing

All Borachio wines are made from organic (non certified) grapes. Made and bottled with care at our little winery.
There are no chemical adjustments made nor preservatives added.
This wine is bottled in an Australian made bottle, sealed with a stainless steel crown seal.
The cartons we use are manufactured by a local, family owned business.
Labels are printed by a local, independent business.
Please recycle the glass, carton, divider and crown seal.
