ONE LITRE BOTTLE

Honestly, not that loose. The name more references our mindset when we bottled this wine. We were moving our winery an hour south, moving house, Alicia finished her masters, we scooted to Thailand, our old U.S importer was fucking us HARD and we buried our best friend, Dude. Fuck, what a time to be alive. Despite all this, this wine has joy.

Built for sunsets, meandering conversation and good vibes. A melange of every white and grey grape from '22. Kinda has a tonic like quality, ice cold. But then opens up into this textural, skinsy thing. You could pick the eyes out of it, but you'd be missing the point. Find your nearest bull terrier/human/goat...whatever...give it a massive squeeze and exhale. Life is fucking wild. 
Some de-stemmed SB, Pinot Gris and Chardy, Some Carbonic Chardy, Some direct pressed Chardy and a lick of Savagnin for spine and verve. A blend of Landsdowne, The Range and Minko vineyards.

Manufacturing

All Borachio wines are made from organic (non certified) grapes. Made and bottled with care at our little winery.
There are no chemical adjustments made nor preservatives added.
Bottled in an German made, lightweight litre bottle , sealed with a Vinc+ micro-agglomerate cork.
The cartons we use are manufactured by a local, family owned business.
Labels are printed by a local, independent business.
Please recycle the glass, carton, divider and crown seal.
