A melange of every white and grey grape from '22. Kinda has a tonic like quality, ice cold. But then opens up into this textural, skinsy thing. You could pick the eyes out of it, but you'd be missing the point. Find your nearest bull terrier\/human\/goat...whatever...give it a massive squeeze and exhale. Recommended serving temperature is 12°C, letting it open up and warm. If you’re patient, savour it over a few days.
